YOUR OPPORTUNITY

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

- L'assistance aux utilisateurs niveau 1 et 2
- L'assistance aux utilisateurs en proximité et/ou en Help Desk via des outils de prise en main à distance
- Le paramétrage et dépannage messagerie
- Support Audiovisuel salles Réunion Teams.
- L'installation et dépannage des postes de travail Tablettes , mobiles et imprimantes
- La synchronisation de messagerie sur appareil mobile
- Le support réseau local LAN & WAN (brassage, gestion TCP/IP),
- La gestion du suivi des tickets d'incidents du diagnostic à la résolution en veillant à la satisfaction des utilisateurs
- La gestion des inventaires dans notre outil de prise d'appel / inventaire
- La participation aux projets locaux & globaux

À PROPOS DE VOUS

- Niveau d'études Bac +2 à Bac +3
- Pour réussir à ce poste, vous avez un fort sens du relationnel, et faites preuve de dynamisme et de rigueur.
- Vous démontrez un sens certain de l'organisation.
- Anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
