What they needContextYou will join a project as a Business Analyst responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.MissionsEvaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state or business solution Research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams Develop detailed process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions Support the team by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex business and technical challenges Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and tools used within the project Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing business performance and operational efficiencyTools & EnvironmentAdvanced proficiency in SAP SD Billing (required) Advanced proficiency in SAP SD Functional and SAP SD Module (suggested) Bilingual in French and EnglishWorking ConditionsLocation: Saint-Denis at the client site (4 days per week) Remote work: 1 day per week
